What You Own

You own the images you generate. FreeGPTImg claims no rights, licenses, or ownership over your creations. They are yours to use, modify, distribute, or sell as you see fit.

We do not train our models on your images, and we do not use your prompts or outputs for any purpose without your permission.

Fair Use and Credits

Free Tier

Free tier usage limits may vary by product settings, model availability, abuse prevention needs, and current account status. Current credit details are shown in the product interface.

Paid Plans

If you need more generations, higher resolution, or priority processing, we offer paid plans. Details and pricing are available on your account page. Paid features are activated immediately upon subscription.

What You Cannot Do

FreeGPTImg is a powerful tool, and with that comes responsibility. You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media depicting real people.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence against individuals or groups.
• Misinformation intended to deceive or cause public harm.
• Malware, spam, or other harmful technical content.

We take these restrictions seriously. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms or applicable laws.
• Abuse the service, including attempts to circumvent usage limits or exploit the platform.
• Engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the service.

No Warranty

FreeGPTImg is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every generation will match your expectations. AI image generation is inherently creative and sometimes unpredictable.

Use the service at your own discretion. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of FreeGPTImg or the images you create.
